Durabiity Unmatched
Pro series dryers are engineered with Dual motors providing seperate power for drum and airflow, ensuring maximum efficiency is maintained under all operating conditions. Rugged drum construction, cabinet features include steel front side and top panels coated inside and out, with baked on paint for superior bonding. Permanently sealed bearings ensure low noise and trouble free operation.
Radial Air Flow - Quick drying efficiency
Pro series 2 large capacity dryers feature radial air flow, a system that directs heated air evenly throughout the drum. This ensures maximum load seperation for larger loads and gives quicker drying times. Heated air is released from the top of the drum, linens are rotated from the bottom to the top, falling and separating throughout the entire cylinder. Simultaneously, heated air is pushed through and around the load - elimination hot spots and speeding up the drying process.
Extra large capacity doorand Lint compartment
The extra large door enures that the machine is easy to both load and unload, and feature reinforced metal door bars and hinges saving time and improving operator comfort. The large lint compartment reduces time spent cleaning machine out and also aids consistency of operation. Lint screens are self cleaning to maximise airflow.
High efficiency - Lower running costs
Instant electronic ignition, a modular electrical system and a multiple burner heat system quickly reach desired temperature, without wasting energy. An enclosed heat system pre-heats air entering the dryer before it reaches the combustion chamber, reducing energy consumption.
Microprocessor Control
Pro Series dryers feature a highly advanced control that is extremely simple to use. It offers four time dry or auto dry cycles and a no heat cycle. The auto dry cycle reduces over drying and energy consumption. Lodas are automatically cooled once the pre-determined dryness has been achieved. An anti wrinkle feature reduces wrinkles by initiating an unheated airflow and tumble action after the end of the cycle signal.
Loading and unloading is made easier by the extra large door. The machine can be raised on a pedestal to a comfortable working height for the user to load and unload the laundry.
Ergonomics are combined with great robustness. The stainless steel door for example is held in place by steel hinges which have been life tested for the equivalent of 20+ years of operation.
